Symptoms of prostatitis
Discomfort in the perineum during prolonged sitting;
Discomfort or pain in the testicles;
Discomfort in the groin, pubic and sacral regions;
Urethral;
Urination disorders (increase or delay);
Reduced potency, libido, erection;
Change sperm: a muddy color, more fluid, reducing the number of motile sperm;
Can pain during ejaculation.
Typically not all the symptoms manifest prostatitis, and some of the above!
Complications of Prostatitis
Asymptomatic disease is very dangerous because it is not noticed! The patient later calls to the doctor, but it are fraught with complications!
- Reduction of erection;
- Stones in the prostate gland;
- Infertility
- Prostate cancer!
Diagnosis of chronic prostatitis
There are four stages of diagnosis of prostatitis:
1. Diagnostic table to identify chronic prostatitis allows the doctor to determine the presence or absence of prostatitis and the stage of its development;
2. Palpation examination of the prostate through the rectum, the doctor gives information about the presence of painful lesions and seals in the gland, its tone and sizes;
3. Study of the juice of the prostate for the presence of inflammation, bacterial cells that cause prostatitis and the number of grains of lecithin (an indicator of the health of cancer).
4. An ultrasound of the prostate (as indicated).
